Services built around engineering judgment.

Studies, program management and qualification for operators and contractors in Iraq; a structured market-entry service for international technology companies. Each engagement is scoped, staffed and reported like an engineering project — because it is one.

01 · Studies

Engineering & FEED Studies

Concept select, feasibility, FEED/FEL packages and financial modeling for processing facilities, gas recovery, power and utilities — engineering and economics developed together so a decision can actually be made.

  • Process simulation, heat and material balances, PFDs and P&IDs
  • Equipment sizing, plot plans, cost estimates to AACE classes
  • CAPEX/OPEX models, sensitivities and financing cases
Engineering & FEED Studies
02 · Delivery

EPC Program Management & Owner's Engineering

Program-management discipline across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning — scope, schedule, interfaces, quality and risk — reporting to the owner, coordinating the contractor.

  • Scope definition, WBS and schedule baselines
  • Design review, HAZOP close-out, execution-readiness reviews
  • Progress, change and risk reporting to management

03 · Assurance

Vendor Qualification & Technical Bid Evaluation

Before money is committed: technical bid evaluation, vendor and contractor qualification, specification and datasheet review, and the clarifications that stop a bad award.

  • TBE matrices, deviations and clarification rounds
  • Vendor audits, references and capacity checks
  • Specification, datasheet and code compliance review
Vendor Qualification
04 · Market entry

How an engagement runs

Scoped like engineering, because it is.

Every engagement starts with a written scope, a named lead and a deliverables list. Studies are staged — concept, feasibility, FEED — so the client decides how far to go with evidence in hand. Program-management and qualification work is reported against a baseline, in the client's format, on the client's schedule.

  • Written scope, deliverables and schedule before work starts
  • Senior process and project review on every deliverable
  • Reporting in the owner's format — weekly, monthly, stage-gate
  • International codes and standards: API, ASME, ISO, IEC, client specifications

Bring us the problem before the tender.

The earlier we see a scope, the more engineering judgment we can add — at concept, at FEED, or before a bid is priced. A first conversation costs nothing.
