Taqwin coordinates two companies, each responsible for its part: a global oilfield technology company and an Iraqi contractor with sixteen years in the field. Roles, exclusivity and responsibilities are set out in written agreements.

A global oilfield services and EPC company with more than three decades of delivery for national and international operators, and MENA operations in the UAE. SERTECPET engineers and builds early production and central processing facilities, provides well testing and mobile testing units, manufactures pressure vessels and process packages to ASME and API in its own workshops, and holds nine patents in jet-pump artificial lift — including the coiled tubing Jet Claw® pump, a nitrogen-free method of well kick-off and flow testing.

An Iraqi electromechanical construction and oilfield services contractor established in 2010, with its head office in Baghdad and operations base in Al Zubair, Basra. Green Fields delivers mechanical and piping, electrical and instrumentation, civil, pipeline and commissioning work for national and international operators, and is registered with Basra Oil Company and approved with BP, ENI, TotalEnergies, Basra Gas Company and South Refineries.
Partnerships on the Taqwin platform are governed by written agreements that define scope, exclusivity, protected opportunities, response times, qualified-opportunity commitments and the approval of names and logos. Green Fields holds the Iraqi contract and HSE accountability; technical delivery, warranty and support responsibilities are defined for each project.
Production facilities, refineries, power, well services. Scopes that need engineering, technology and a contractor who will be there.
SERTECPET — production facilities, well testing and artificial-lift technology; exclusively represented in Iraq through the platform.
U.S. engineering consultants — senior process, mechanical, electrical and controls engineers coordinated by Taqwin.
Registered, insured, crews and equipment in the field; the contracting party and HSE-accountable contractor to the operator.
We add partners carefully and only where there is a real capability gap in Iraq. If you think you fill one, tell us.
